Domain Registrations and Renewals

All domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
This is because, once a domain name is registered or renewed, the action cannot be reversed under registry rules.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all details are correct before submitting domain orders.

Hosting Services

Refunds for hosting services may be available under the following conditions:
When you make a payment:
- New Clients: If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with our hosting service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, in accordance with your rights under UK law.
- Renewals: Renewals of hosting services are non-refundable, as renewal indicates ongoing use and consent to continue the service.
- Service Cancellations: Refunds are not provided for cancellations made partway through an active billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Custom or Setup Fees

Any custom setup, configuration, or one-time service fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced or been completed.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised through your payment provider, Iconic Servers reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate all active services; and
- Recover any outstanding balances and administrative costs incurred as a result of the dispute.

How to Request a Refund
